We combine AI-driven execution, best-in-class go-to-market capabilities, and exceptional global talent with a long term ownership mindset.About the roleWe’re looking for an Investment Relationships Manager with 5–10 years of experience in capital formation, fundraising, or investor relations—ideally within an investment fund or high-growth operating company.This role sits at the intersection of investor relations, capital markets, M&A, and communications. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Finance, and Corporate Development teams to own and scale relationships with investors and lenders, while supporting fundraising, debt facilities, and strategic financing initiatives.What you’ll doOwn and manage relationships with 30+ existing investorsExpand the investor base across equity and creditBuild and strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, and financing partnersPrepare Board materials, investor updates, and reporting packsLead and support fundraising, capital markets initiatives, and refinancing activityDrive PR and communications related to investor activity and fundraising eventsPartner with Finance and M&A teams to ensure consistent, high-quality investor messagingWhat we’re looking for5–10 years of experience in capital formation, investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate financeHands-on involvement in fundraising and active investor engagement, within funds or high-growth companiesStrong financial literacy and comfort with KPIs, reporting, and investor materialsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)Strong stakeholder management and comfort interacting with senior investors and executivesHigh sense of ownership, discretion, and professionalismStrong interest in technology, software, and M&A-driven growthWhy join Shop CircleHigh-ownership role with direct exposure to the CEO and senior investorsFront-row seat to frequent M&A and capital markets activityOpportunity to grow into a senior IR / capital markets leadership roleCompetitive compensation and clear long-term career progressionBe part of building a category-defining, long-term software platformReady to join us?
