Ostello Bello, una catena di ostelli fondata nel 2011 a Milano, oggi presente in diverse città italiane e con un forte processo di sviluppo in corso cerca un/una Assistente Sales e Booking , da inserire nell’area Commerciale dell’ufficio centrale di Milano, collaborando con le nostre 12 strutture sul territorio nazionale.La figura riporterà direttamente al Digital & Revenue Manager.AttivitàGestione delle attività di prenotazione, vendita e assistenza agli ospiti fino all’arrivo del gruppo nella struttura ricettivaElaborazione di offerte e preventiviInserimento prenotazioni e data entry nel gestionale aziendaleAssegnazione delle camere, controllo depositi e pagamentiCurare i contatti con scuole e aziende partner e scouting per nuovi rapporti di collaborazionePassione ed entusiasmo per il mondo dei viaggi e degli ostelliTitolo di studio preferibilmente nel settore turistico, LaureaConoscenza della lingua inglese livello B/CBuona conoscenza del pacchetto OfficePrecedente, anche se breve, esperienza (in hotel, villaggi e resort)Affidabilità, responsabilità e precisione nel portare a termine le attività assegnateCapacità di problem solving unita ad un atteggiamento positivo e costruttivoPredisposizione all’apprendimento, curiosità ed entusiasmoDisponibilità immediataCCNL Confcommercio alberghi-turismo#J-18808-Ljbffr
