If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale‑ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for .ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the BENELUX market, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities.Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway’s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client’s needs.Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churn.Drive adoption of BizAway’s platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions.Proactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenue.Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the business.Proactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growth.Basic QualificationsFluent in English and Dutch.1+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or a client‑facing role.Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and client dashboards.Proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast‑changing environment.Strong communication skills and a client‑first mindset.We are also interested inExperience in SaaS, Travel Tech, or fast‑growing scale‑ups.Experience managing a large volume of B2B clients.Additional language capabilities.Our Offer✈ A seat on a scale‑up with skyrocketing growthSalary: €30 000–€35 000 in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).Equity in the company (stock options plan).Career development and the chance to specialize in scalable Customer Success.Multicultural and international team in the heart of Barcelona.Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn.Free coffee to kick‑start your day and free beers to celebrate together.Friday afternoons off.Flexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote).The company ensures equal employment opportunities and pay transparency for all individuals, in compliance with Article 3 of the Italian Constitution, Legislative Decree 198/2006, Law 162/2021, EU Directive 2006/54/EC, and the more recent EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency.
