We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Italy Market Location: Italy (flexible, with ability to travel) Industry: Marine or Water Sports We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team and lead SUBLUE’s growth in the Italian market. What you'll do: Develop and expand sales channels in the marine and water sports industry Build strong relationships with local dealers, distributors, and partners Visit and support local dealers on a quarterly basis to strengthen cooperation and boost sales Drive brand presence through events, demos, and marine industry networking Work closely with the European HQ to execute sales and marketing strategies What we're looking for: Strong local network within Italy’s marine & leisure industry Ability to drive and travel regularly to meet with dealers Self-motivated, proactive, and fluent in Italian & English Why join us?
