It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (S&T) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide technology initiatives from conception through implementation, including cloud migration strategies and infrastructure modernizationEvaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives and policies, conducting thorough assessments of emerging tools, platforms, and servicesDesign comprehensive security architectures and perform technical risk assessments to ensure robust, compliant infrastructure solutionsEssential Qualifications & ExperienceA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience.A minimum of 5 years’ background in enterprise technology planning and implementation, with hands‑on experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure transformation and cloud native toolsDemonstrated success in technology evaluation, vendor management, and executing large-scale migration projectsDeep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, NAF4, etc.) and ability to balance technical requirements with business constraintsProfessional experience working within agile frameworks while maintaining architectural governance and guiding teams through iterative deliveryStrong foundation in modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, security principles, and enterprise architecture frameworksVery good level of spoken and written EnglishIf you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you Click \"Apply for this job\" to be directed to a brief questionnaire.
