Winsearch, società di ricerca e selezione di personale, è alla ricerca di un / una Technical Director per una delle principali scale-up italiane che ha sviluppato un’infrastruttura blockchain unica per il settore Real Estate. La missione dell’azienda è fornire una Web3 Enterprise blockchain che consenta interazioni fiduciarie tra individui, organizzazioni ed entità, promuovendo pratiche etiche, collaborative e sostenibili. La piattaforma si distingue per le sue caratteristiche di tracciabilità, immutabilità, divulgazione granolare dei dati, editing di smart contract senza codice e conformità al GDPR, rappresentando un punto di riferimento tecnologico per la trasformazione digitale del comparto immobiliare. Responsabilità principali : Guidare e supportare un team di circa 15 persone (DevOps, Back-end, Front-end, Infrastruttura). Prendere decisioni tecniche su architetture SaaS scalabili, CI / CD, e pratiche DevOps. Integrare strumenti e processi AI per migliorare la produttività e l’automazione, supportando un approccio AI-first. Collaborare con il Product Owner per pianificare sprint, definire priorità e garantire il rispetto delle scadenze. Fornire mentorship al team e favorire un ambiente collaborativo e innovativo. Esplorare continuamente nuove soluzioni AI e tecnologie emergenti per il miglioramento dei processi e dei prodotti. Requisiti : 8-10 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di software, di cui almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli di leadership tecnica. Esperienza con architetture SaaS, CI / CD, e metodologie Agile / Scrum. Competenza nell’uso, nell’integrazione e nella orchestrazione di strumenti AI per lo sviluppo software. Forte capacità di leadership, comunicazione e problem solving. Mindset orientato all’innovazione e alla crescita del team. Nice to have : Conoscenza di blockchain (non obbligatoria). Esperienza con AI multi-agent e strumenti AI per l’automazione dei processi.
