As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Production Team Leader in the Lifesciences sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects. What is the challenge? MAIN ACTIVITIES: Coordinate the Team operators of his own area of competence, with the purpose to guarantee target achievement both in terms of productivity and quality aspects. Manage reports related to Team results and be able to explain deviations from the target; Anticipate potential criticism related to raw material procurement and be responsible of inventory counting accuracy Be responsible for the improvement of manufacturing processes methods Provide technical support for plant layout, purchase of equipment, upgrade of equipment, feasibility studies, cycle modifications.
