And this is just the beginning**Our Values ****Challenge the status quo.** We embrace bold ideas and smart risk-taking.**Liberty and responsibility.** We promote autonomy, individual impact, and ownership.**Knowledge is power.** Information lies at the heart of Doctrine’s mission, and we always want to learn more.**Release early, release often, and listen to your customers.** We believe in the power of iteration and in constantly listening to our market, our clients, and their challenges.Doctrine is looking for a **Sales Manager** to take ownership of our **law firms segment** in Italy.Leading a team of 8 **Account Executive**, you will be responsible for:### Your Responsibilities- **Drive commercial execution** and ensure the achievement of monthly targets for your Market.- **Recruit top-tier sales talent** and build a high-performing team.- **Train, coach, and develop** your team to strengthen their prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.- **Shape and uphold a demanding yet positive sales culture.**- **Master prospect needs and challenges**, designing sharp and effective Go-to-Market strategies.- **Support your team in the field**, joining calls and meetings to elevate sales performance.- **Collaborate closely** with other Sales Managers and cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Tech…) to improve processes and contribute to company growth.- **Structure the team** by creating and implementing a **playbook for mid- and top-tier markets**, ensuring consistent best practices across all levels of sales- **Work across locations**: your team is based in **Italy and France (inside sales)**, while Marketing and Product teams are in **Paris**. Your role will require **flexible commuting** between Paris and Italy depending on priorities and business needsYou will play a key role within a **mature and structured sales organization**, supported by exceptional Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams.### Your Profile- **5+ years of sales experience**, ideally selling a SaaS solution.- **Proven management experience**: you know how to help people grow and lead by example.- A true **hunter mindset**, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.- **Outstanding communication skills**—both written and verbal. You listen actively, communicate clearly, and express ideas with precision and empathy.- Strong **organizational skills** and a rigorous approach to work.- Solid **analytical abilities** to identify opportunities, detect challenges, and guide strategic decisions.- High **ownership**, a taste for challenge, and the drive to thrive in a demanding environment.
