Client Services Manager - Living My Life (Maternity Cover)Are you a compassionate and organised leader with a passion for empowering others?Care on Call (NZ) Limited, alongside The Florence Nightingale Agency, has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Living My Life team. This team has an established presence within the South Island and has an exciting opportunity to grow and develop within the North Island. This is a full‑time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering clients and staff, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence.This is a fixed‑term role to cover maternity leave.Key responsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the Living My Life teamSupport coordinators, carers, and clients to ensure seamless service deliveryCoach and mentor your team to deliver high‑quality careRespond to queries and incidents with professionalism and careContribute to strategic growthFoster relationships with key partnersWhat we’re looking forProven leadership experience in health or community services, with a collaborative and empowering styleStrong coordination and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholdersAbility to manage daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold service standards aligned with Enabling Good Lives principlesKnowledge of the Living My Life contract and serviceHealth and Wellbeing Qualification Level 4 or aboveWill need flexibility to travel around the motuKnowledge of Living My Live contract preferred but not essentialBased in ChristchurchPerks of the roleDynamic, inclusive and fun team, and being part of something pretty amazingIt’s not often there’s a job opportunity where you can align your skills with your core values and make a meaningful difference.
