Aviapartner stands for strong service to over 400 airlines, and more than 10,000 employees at 53 airports in 7 European countries (Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Switzerland) and South‑Africa.Aviapartner handles 300,000 tonnes of cargo each year and serves 80 million passengers.In Italy Aviapartner provides ground handling services in Roma Fiumicino, Milano Linate, Milan Malpensa, Torino, Bologna, Roma Ciampino, Cagliari, Lamezia Terme, Crotone, Reggio Calabria, Catania, Palermo and Verona, with around 2,500 employees and a wide range of services to over 170 passenger and cargo airlines.Our IT department plays a crucial role in maintaining our operational excellence and supporting our continuous growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking a junior local IT manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our local offices in Italy, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.The location can be any of Aviapartner's stations in Italy, preferably Fiumicino Airport.Key ResponsibilitiesManage local IT infrastructure, providers, airport, airlines, authorities, customs, … - in close cooperation with HQ IT and other stakeholders.Validating & initiating requests for new IT infrastructureCoordinate the day to day support with the central service desk and service manager.Local support to station / country managers for planning / budgeting / follow-up of IT budgets.Managing user access rights on system level.IT project leader role for local IT infrastructure projects.IT team member in group projects with local IT infrastructure impact.Coordinate on-site support tasks with the central service desk (PC swaps, physical installation of hardware, local server interventions, …)Point of contact for the various IT actors we work with (airports, airliners, suppliers, authorities).QualificationsEducation level Bachelor Informatica.A first experience in an IT support or service delivery role.Outstanding communication skillsFluent command of English and Italian is a prerequisite, additional European languages are an asset.Technical knowledge of infrastructure networking, ITIL, windows applications, iSeries, aviation related software.Microsoft, or similar certifications.Accuracy and solid analytical mind.Respect deadlines.Flexibility, adaptability.Team worker.Communicator.We foresee extensive training on the job.J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
