Manpower, Agenzia per il Lavoro, per azienda cliente leader nel settore ferroviario, ricerca un/una:Signalling Installation SupervisorAttività principali: La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile, per i progetti assegnati, di:Preparazione e monitoraggio dei lavori di installazione secondo quanto descritto nel Piano di Gestione dell’Installazione del Progetto;Gestione e organizzazione del team di installazione e/o dei subappaltatori;Pianificazione e programmazione delle attività di installazione, garantendo il corretto passaggio di consegne verso la fase di T&C;Assicurare il rispetto dei requisiti tecnici e di sicurezza nelle interfasi tra attività di installazione e costruzione;Garantire la piena conformità alle normative EHS.Requisiti richiesti:Buona conoscenza del segnalamento ferroviario e, preferibilmente, delle tecnologie correlate;Conoscenza delle tecniche di costruzione;Capacità comunicative, relazionali e di lavoro in team;Spirito di iniziativa e attitudine al problem solving operativo e di campo;Conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza ferroviaria, della conformità EHS e del processo AZDP;Autonomia operativa e flessibilità in contesti dinamici;Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e a lavorare in campo fino a 5 giorni a settimana.Sede di lavoro: Bologna, Firenze, Roma.#J-18808-Ljbffr
