German Customer Service Specialist – LJ Global Horizon We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to support clients using our digital marketing, online presence, and website design tools. The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing, online presence, and website design tools. Base pay range Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type: On-site Start Date: 8 January 2026 Position Overview This role requires strong communication skills, a genuine interest in digital marketing/web design, and the ability to deliver high‑quality support in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 (rotational shifts) Two consecutive days off: Saturday and Sunday Uber reimbursement up to €25 per day for early shifts starting at 06:00 to support commuting On‑site Presence On‑site presence in Lisbon is required.
