As a Content Moderator in Porto you’ll support social media initiatives ensuring client guidelines are followed and enhancing the user experience across platforms. What You’ll Do Review audit and moderate user content ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules Analyze user behavior and apply nuanced social media policies Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business‑critical issues Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience Maintain high‑quality reporting according to established protocols What We’re Looking For Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2) At least 6 months of relevant experience Strong customer service and teamwork skills Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment Critical reasoning, multitasking, and effective communication skills Fast learner with a diligent work ethic What’s In It For You Full‑time contract with competitive salary and performance bonuses Relocation support for candidates moving to Porto Central Porto office location Paid training and career development programs Referral bonus opportunities Eligibility Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
