Role: Data Migration Specialist/Consultant Location: Italy (Fully remote) Type of hiring: Contract This role is crucial for ensuring that data is migrated accurately, securely, and efficiently, contributing to the successful roll out/implementation of SAP S/4HANA in Customer ‘s environments. Resource should be local in Italy and well versed in English communication. Responsibilities : Execute and validate data from legacy systems to Customer’s SAP S/4HANA. Ensure data integrity between different data objects (e.g., Master Data, Transactions (Sales Order, Purchase Orders etc.), BOM, Routing….). Perform data profiling, data validation, data cleansing, and data enrichment. Resolve data migration issues and provide technical support. Consult with stakeholders (Customer's Global Leads, BAs, Legacy system SMEs and Business) to understand source and target data models and business requirements. Develop documentation of the project process for future migration projects. Identify opportunities for enhancement, automation, and optimization. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4 Data Migration. Hands-on experience in a structured business and technical environment. Direct experience working on mid/large-scale SAP projects as part of the Data Migration team. Proficiency in SAP tools like Migration Cockpit, LSMW, data services, and ABAP. SAP certification in data migration can enhance job prospects.
