What You’ll Do Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat and email with empathy and professionalism. Troubleshoot service and technical issues (full training provided). Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience. Collaborate with a young multicultural and supportive team. What We’re Looking For Italian at C2 level. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Positive attitude, curiosity and motivation to grow. No previous experience needed; full training provided.
