Job title: Product Support Specialist (f/m/d) VN: 2583 Location: Unterentfelden (Switzerland) or nearby one of the major European Hexagon MI facilities e.g. Wetzlar (Germany), Torino (Italy), Lyon/Paris (France). Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence offers a comprehensive range of products and services for all industrial metrology applications in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, energy and medical. By empowering our customers to fully control their manufacturing processes, we enhance the quality of products and increase efficiency in manufacturing plants around the world. This product support specialist position will support one of our newest and fastest growing portable 3D measurement product lines. The international team consists of commercial-, support- and leadership functions located in Unterentfelden, while R&D and a large part of the product organisation located in Wuhan (China). Product Support Specialist. Support our global sales distribution channels (commercial organisations and channel partners) with their commercial & application support needs Enhance product knowledge and train commercial organisations and resellers Drive and coordinate various projects Identify new potential markets and applications Deliver product demonstrations at customer events and exhibitions Autonomous personality and comfortable in ambiguous situations and high-demand work environment Display a can-do attitude with high entrepreneurial affinity Requirements Engineering Degree/Diploma in Geomatics, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation or similar discipline. Technical experience and project management skills is a plus Knowledge of 3D measurement (particularly 3D scanning) would be a bonus Business fluent in English is essential Affinity to work in cross cultural teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) What we offer Impactful work: Independent and responsible work with room for personal development and creativity.
