Working with the Creative Team, you will be responsible for the creative and performance side to understand how to integrate marketing objectives into a creative proposal.ResponsibilitiesPitching creative concepts across multiple platformsBriefing the creative team (Producers, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to endUnderstanding key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high‑impact, data‑driven variationsWorking creatively and analytically in a fast‑growing businessProviding feedback to the creative teamEnsuring that projects are completed on time and within budgetCollaborating on market research projectsRequirementsPrevious experience with digital media campaignsExperience with Facebook Ads ManagerExperience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeUnderstanding of key social media trendsUnderstanding of key social media performance metricsExperience managing and dealing with external suppliersStrong attention to detailExperience in organizing work efforts across teamsAbility to work cross‑culturallyAbility to work in a virtual work environmentCVs must be in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
