We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, a High Luxury Brand , a Client Advisor to join their team in the Boutique in Milan.CLIENT ADVISOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MONTENAPOLEONEKey Responsibilities:Ensure the smooth operation of the storeApproach and assist customers with product advice and recommendationsCoordinate with external suppliers to maintain store standardsRepresent the brand as a true ambassadorAddress and resolve customer needs and issues promptlyMaintain a high-energy presence on the sales floorFoster a positive and collaborative work environmentHandle multiple customers simultaneously with efficiencyAssist and support all sales team membersOversee stock activitiesManage merchandise effectively and accuratelyThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, specifically in luxury Ready-to-Wear (RTW)Fluent in both EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA professional, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitudeStrong IT skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
