We recruit seasoned finance professionals, project developers, and operators to lead projects across all stages of the project life cycle.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an MV/HV Engineer Manager to oversee MV and HV components, designs, and specs of renewable energy projects, primarily solar PV and battery storage. The role involves managing the MV/HV design team from development to commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development – develop conceptual designs for substations and interconnections.Permitting and Procurement Support – manage preliminary studies, coordinate engineering consultants, and support procurement during the RFP process.Commissioning Support – provide on‑site commissioning support, punch list development, and performance testing plans.Requirements / QualificationsElectrical engineering degree or equivalent.8+ years of professional experience in generation interconnection design, development, construction, and analysis.Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP; knowledge of MV/HV standards and codes.Excellent communication, task management, and planning skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects.Advanced English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.Job‑site safety certification is desirable.BenefitsPrivate health insurance.Pension plan.Paid time off.Work‑from‑home options.Training and development.Performance bonus.To learn more about our culture and values, visit
