You will also be responsible for the strategic planning and business development of the F&B outlets, creating and implementing new concepts aligned with the property’s positioning.What will be your mission?As Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee all daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting, catering, pool bar), ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and consistent excellence.
