Consolidation Analyst

Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.We are looking for a Consolidation analystParticipate in the production of financial Reporting and Consolidation of the Group.The role, within the Group Consolidation team, foresees participation in the closing processes for actual phases, analyzing the consistency of actuals data, preparing footnotes for the external reporting as well as supporting consolidation management in providing external auditors and SOX internal audit teams data on consolidated financial statements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight the consolidation processEnsure correct consolidation treatmentsAnalyze and prepare financial statement notesSupport Regions in the reporting submission applying IFRS standardsTasksAssist with the preparation of the Consolidated Group’s financial statements and prepare footnotesPrepare and record consolidation journal entriesAssist in integrating new subsidiaries into the close processPrepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as requiredSupport external audit and review proceduresBe part of the continuous improvement of the consolidation process and consolidation systemContribute to the strong control environment and ensure SOX compliancePreferred ExperienceSolid accounting backgroundMin 3 years in a suitable financial role (of which min 1 years in consolidation)Experience with consolidation and reporting systems (Oracle, One Stream) and adaptable to learning new software applicationsExcellent analytic, communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work under pressure and in a time-contained environmentThorough understanding of international accounting principles, financial reporting standards and regulatory requirementsAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
