Description Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un / a Domestic Transport Specialist che si possa unire al nostro dinamico team basato a Montebello Vicentino (VI). How you will contribute Organizzare le spedizioni ed i trasporti su territorio nazionale in base alle richieste dei vari uffici ed alle esigenze aziendali, garantendo percorsi, costi e tempi di consegna richiesti; Seguire l’ottimizzazione dei servizi di trasporto richiesti dalle varie business units aziendali; Monitorare lo stato delle spedizioni, verificare le consegne e contattare i vari corrieri in caso di ritardi e giacenze per sbloccare eventuali anomalie; Controllare le fatture dei vari trasportatori verificando la giusta assegnazione di costo inserendo tutte le informazioni a sistema; Contribuire nell’attività di analisi per il miglioramento dei flussi logistici e l’aumento dell’efficienza dei servizi. Who you are Diploma di ragioneria / tecnico economico e / o laurea triennale in discipline economiche; Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel ruolo; Ottime competenze nell’uso del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata; Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro e precisione; Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e dinamismo; Attitudine al lavoro in team ed al problem solving.
