Per la nostra sede di Milano stiamo cercando un/a Customer Service Specialist che si occuperà della gestione dei clienti dei Canali ospedaliero e retail. Le principali responsabilità riguarderanno:

  1. Gestione dei clienti a 360 gradi: anagrafiche, inserimento a sistema delle condizioni commerciali, complain (resi, errore prezzi, storno emissione, etc.), scarico da sistema, inserimento e monitoraggio ordini.
  2. Interfaccia con partner logistico per la modifica e la cancellazione ordini.
  3. Monitoraggio resi.

E' richiesta:

  1. Esperienza in analogo ruolo di almeno 3 anni, preferibilmente dall'ambito farmaceutico o GDO.
  2. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare di Excel.
  3. Autonomia, precisione e affidabilità.
  4. Conoscenza del sistema operativo SAP.
