Digital Acquisition Manager Location: Milan, HQ (hybrid) Salary Range: 40-50K based on seniority Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Reporting To: Head of Digital Acquisition Responsibilities Manage different Digital Acquisition budgets, maximizing ROI while ensuring spend goes toward our most profitable prospects. Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels. Conduct recurring weekly and monthly SEA and paid social optimization tasks such as keyword expansion, ad testing, audience approaches, creativity management, etc. Contribute to, provide, and drive granular-level optimization, including bidding, audience, creative, ad copy, landing page, and analytics. Support reporting and analysis to identify growth and opportunity areas. Focus on automating and optimizing all biddable-related tasks, collaborating with the team to build the “present of digital acquisition” (AI, automation, reporting, campaign structure, etc.). Collaborate in developing and driving learning agendas, split tests, new platform capabilities, and new industry trends, also with other teams. Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing complex performance campaigns with sizable budgets; experience in tech, digital marketplace or travel company a plus. Experience running advertising effectiveness experiments (A/B, audiences, geographic, bidding) and confident with media and business KPIs (CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS). Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, with emphasis on DD / U‑shape attribution; familiarity with ad rules, scripts, and bidding tools. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and comparable platforms; working knowledge of G‑sheet/Excel. Passion for customer acquisition dynamics and consumer paths strategy; stay ahead of new platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Good predisposition to prioritize workload with minimal supervision. Clear and thorough communication skills, both verbal and written; fluent in Italian and English.
