Descrizione azienda Synergie filiale di Empoli ricerca per prestigioso calzaturificio operante all'industria con 14 mensilità un/una: INGEGNERE GESTIONALE- PROCESS ENGINEER Posizione Gestione della programmazione quotidiana della produzione (MPS) , in base alla capacità produttiva degli impianti; Distribuzione dei carichi di lavoro tra i vari reparti interni e i terzisti esterni; Monitoraggio del corretto avanzamento della produzione secondo quanto pianificato, con identificazione e risoluzione di eventuali criticità; Analisi delle performance di cambio tipo su linea automatica di assemblaggio; Miglioramento dell OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) attraverso interventi di revisione del processo sia dal punto di vista gestionale che tecnico ; Applicazione di metodologie e strumenti di Lean Manufacturing per l ottimizzazione dei flussi e la riduzione degli sprechi. Requisiti Si richiede:Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini; Esperienza (anche breve) in contesti produttivi strutturati, preferibilmente nel settore manifatturiero o calzaturiero; Conoscenza dei principi di Lean Manufacturing , OEE, MPS; Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e gestionali (es. Excel avanzato, ERP, software di pianificazione); Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche e orientamento al problem solving; Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con le diverse aree aziendali.
