About your tasks Manage and optimize the product portfolio developing assortment and market positioning strategiesEnsure category targets are met improving product presentation with a customer-centric approachDefine and manage key performance targets in collaboration with different stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performanceOversee strategic and operational projects collaborating with different departments to enhance category performanceMonitor and analyze market trends to refine and adapt category strategiesLead and develop the Category Management team for Italy providing strategic direction and supportQualifications : About you Academic background in Business Administration Marketing or a related fieldStrong experience (min. 5 years) in Category Management experience in e-commerceAnalytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic constantly changing environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels in Italian as well as English(At least first) Professional leadership experienceYou can work remotely a lot if you prefer but you should be able and willing to come to our office in Settala (near Milan) around twice per week.
