KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.Specifically, when you join the Customer & Operations Team in Rome, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models. You will work on projects that combine organizational design, process optimization, and digital transformation, supporting leading companies in redefining their operating models and governance structures.
