Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a ICT SECURITY &, NETWORKING SPECIALIST The candidate will be part of the global cyber security and networking team and will deal with a very complex group network infrastructure. He/she will have to interact with colleagues from all the countries to define standards, to support or to deliver new projects or implementations. The resource will directly manage the networking and the communication (Switches, Lines, LAN, wifi, PBX, voip and networking security in manufacturing environment), for all the affiliates in the Group. The candidate will be in contact with HelpDesk and local ICT support in order to solve the communication or networking issues and to design new ICT infrastructures and networks. He/she will also manage the Corporate networking and Communication Policies and verify the adoption in all the affiliate companies. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Configure and upgrade the switches, defining VLAN, port channel etc. Apply the security features to secure the LAN connectivity. Monitor the traffic and improve the LAN performance. Configure and manage the wifi environment. Manage the PBX infrastructure Monitor the internet Data Link and SDWAN connectivity and the related contract with the Corporate providers. Provide support to the affiliates in case of networking and communication issues. Evolution/Scouting for new solutions/capabilities and technologies: overall scouting for potential new software, technologies, services and supplier to guarantee the continuous update of the Networking and Communications. Deal with international project about networking security of manufacturing environment JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication or Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Networks and WiFi in complex CISCO environments. Experience in supplier management Expert in networking systems and communication protocols knowledge and experience on ICT and Manufacturing Security Excellent proficiency (verbal and written) in English Desired Skills: Experience in networking &, security.
