Maitre Banqueting

Front of House ManagerResponsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of all banqueting operations, providing excellent and personalized guest experiences, and leading and coordinating the banqueting teams. Relates well to guests and coworkers. Reports to Restaurant Manager.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrganize and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and/or F&B Manager.Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures.Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.Anticipate guests’ needs and handle guest complaints.Inventory and requisitions – assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries, avoiding waste.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.RequirementsExperience providing exceptional customer service.Friendly and attentive demeanor with the ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.Strong communication skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately, and communicate with the kitchen and other staff members.Professional experience within the same role for a minimum of 3 years.Fluent in Italian and English.
