Position: Technical Solutions Lead ArchitectSeniority Level: SeniorExperience Required: 5-10 years in enterprise environmentsLocation: Turin, Italy (option TBC: Milan)Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimePosition OverviewNext G Cloud seeks a Technical Solutions Lead Architect to serve as a strategic bridge between engineering and enterprise customers. You will lead pre-sales technical engagement, design custom solutions, and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations for target verticals: finance, legal services, public administration, and automotive sectors.This role combines technical leadership with business acumen and customer relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate enterprise customer technical requirements into scalable, implementable architecturesDesign, scope, and manage PoC and pilot projects with customersCreate comprehensive solution architecture documentation and deployment guidesProvide technical advisory support during customer implementation phaseDesign compliance-driven solutions meeting GDPR, NIS2, and sector-specific requirementsCollaborate with Cloud Architect on standardization of reusable componentsParticipate in customer technical advisory board meetingsIdentify product gaps and recommend improvement opportunitiesRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent professional experience5-10 years of experience in enterprise software solutions architectureDeep expertise in cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and system designSolid security and compliance architecture background (GDPR, sector-specific regulations)Proven ability to design tailored solutions balancing innovation and implementabilityExperience managing customer technical relationships and stakeholder engagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional-level Italian language skills (spoken and written)Preferred QualificationsCertifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions ExpertBackground in finance, legal tech, public administration, or automotive sectorsConfidential Computing or cybersecurity architecture experienceSuccessful track record of enterprise customer implementationsCustomer advisory board experiencePossibly: NIS2, CRA, AI Act compliance knowledgeSoft SkillsStrategic thinking with long-term visionExecutive-level communication with audience adaptation capabilityCreative problem-solving within complex constraintsNegotiation and stakeholder management abilityPragmatic leadership with results-oriented mindsetBusiness acumen and understanding of economic modelsResilience and adaptability to changing requirementsCompetitive salary (based on expertise and sales-driven track record)Possible eligibility for Employee Stock Option PlanRelocation Package for non-residents in Turin/ItalyFlexible working with Italy base + national/European travel for customer engagementMulticultural environment with European focusNetworking opportunities with customer C-suite executives and industry leaders#J-18808-Ljbffr
