Today, we continue to focus on caring for customers, employees and the environment.MSC Technology Italy is the first division located in the national territory, complementing existing offices in Geneva (the Group’s headquarters), Warren (New Jersey, USA), and Chennai (India).With over 3,000 employees, our Technology Department plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and elevating the quality standards across our functional lines.MSC Technology Italy is seeking an IT Business Analyst with proven experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support the international roll‑out of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module of Microsoft Dynamics 365.The ideal candidate will act as a key link between IT and Operations, contributing to the implementation and optimisation of logistics and warehouse processes across multiple international sites.Role and Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze logistics and warehouse processes to ensure effective implementation of WMS solutions.Support the roll‑out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM across international locations.Collaborate closely with IT teams and operational stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Contribute to system configuration, integration activities, and functional testing.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.Deliver training sessions and provide post go‑live support to end users.Ensure compliance with corporate standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement within the supply chain domain.Operate within international, cross‑functional project teams.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in WMS implementation projects and international roll‑outs within logistics or warehouse environments.Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes, preferably within complex or intermodal supply chain contexts.Solid IT background with experience working on ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM is strongly preferred.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% .Excellent command of English (C1 level) , both written and spoken.Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certifications.Experience in supply chain digitalisation or transformation projects.Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.Experience in international or multi‑site deployment programmes.Seniority level: Associate.
