In this leadership role, you will inspire, guide, and mentor a group of customer service professionals, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence in every customer interaction.Your responsibilities include closely monitoring all open orders, ensuring timely delivery aligned with the promised schedules, and proactively resolving issues in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Handling escalated inquiries efficiently and turning challenges into opportunities for improvement will be a key part of your daily routine.Additionally, you will actively seek and analyze customer feedback to drive initiatives that enhance satisfaction and optimize the overall service experience. You will collaborate with both internal departments and external customers to streamline processes that balance superior service delivery with cost‑effectiveness.
