It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.For our Diesel Store in Castel Romano Outlet we're looking to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager on a permanent basis.Main Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the clientActively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segmentProvide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiativesRole model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomesActively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environmentEmpower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spiritBuild and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindsetRequirements At least 3 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environmentConfidence and proven track record in team managementSolid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targetsExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivityStrong communication skills and commercial mindsetPrevious experience in managing complex store operationsDigitally aware and open to new ways of workingAbility to interact effectively with foreign clientsPassion for Diesel Brand, product and heritageLanguage proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory.
