We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join the corporate procurement department, supporting the development of PV solar and BESS projects across Europe. This role reports to the Head of Procurement (Europe) and will be responsible for managing procurement activities for major equipment and coordinating logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of PV and BESS systems, and the ability to work independently as a single point of contact for suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurementDefine project and contract needs in alignment with engineering and development teamsDevelop and maintain supplier relationships at a portfolio level, ensuring consistency and scalabilityPrepare and lead RFI/RFQ tender processes, negotiate and close contracts for main equipment (modules, inverters, BESS systems, substations, MV/HV lines)Conduct cost analysis and negotiations to achieve quality assurance and best supply chain costCollaborate with the legal department to ensure favorable contract termsSupport procurement activities during downtime in logistics operations (e.g., module price requests)LogisticsManage logistics for major equipment, including marine transportation, storage, and quality inspectionsOversee documentation management for logistics processesCoordinate with local teams for on‑site inspections and local logistics tasksEnsure consolidated management of production schedules, transportation, and storage to avoid fragmentation across multiple project managersTrack and report logistics status during negotiations and execution phasesGeneralCommunicate regularly with internal stakeholders on procurement and logistics statusApply process improvements and ensure full compliance with company policiesSupport clean transition plans and workload distribution when team changes occurRequirementsEngineering degree (mandatory)Master’s degree desirableAt least 10 years of work experience in procurement within the solar PV industry (IPPs) and internationallyGood knowledge in industrial project procurement and contract managementProactive, self‑motivated, and strong organizational skillsProject‑management skills working with large‑scale solar, wind, and/or storage development projectsWorking knowledge of the integration between procurement and supply‑chain systems dataFlexibility and ability to travelBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork from HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSupply ChainIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Enfinity Global by 2x.Get notified about new Procurement Specialist jobs in Rome, Latium, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
