A 15th‑century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, Four Seasons Hotel Milano is a haven in the centre of Milan’s Fashion District. Fall asleep under frescoes in high‑ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa. About the Role We currently have an opportunity for a talented Bartender to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy Responsibilities Provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, maintaining a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and competent in ice carving. Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests, offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods. Communicate guest orders, including any special needs, to the kitchen, coordinate food timings, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and offer suggestions. Close guest checks, maintain high visibility in the operation, and handle special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience. Qualifications Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand‑alone restaurants/bar or restaurant/bar groups, preferably in a similar position. International experience would be an asset. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Ability to multi‑task with excellent organizational skills, a team player, and a personal touch and energy to enhance guest experiences. Passion for excellence, deep knowledge of cocktail preparation, and a love for curating special experiences and memories for guests. Legal right to work in Italy and fluency in English and Italian.
