Public Sector Project Manager (Consulting)DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Project Manager to join the Consulting Practice Public Sector industry.ResponsibilitiesCreate roadmaps for development and evolution of IT Landscapes for Public Sector, describing As Is and To Be customer environments;Support in aligning strategy, organisation, operations and processes to help our clients to achieve their growth ambition and other organisational objectivesProvide business domain (Public Sector) solutions;Help the client innovate and formulate business solutions and “technology enabled” business models and new ways of doing business to create breakthrough positions in Public Sector marketplace;Lead and facilitate workshops focused on Public Sector matters, with clients and 3rd parties;Analyze and validate technical and functional documents;Explain how and where technology can be used to address key business processes in Public Sector domain;Coach and support individual clients;Manage engagement teams (both on client and backoffice sides);Identify and manage projects’ risks and assumptions and shape programme governance;Work on pre‑sales opportunities to create valid business cases including ROI;Develop proposed solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of the company standardized and customized services.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics;+5 years experience in Management Consulting focused on Public Sector;Excellent relational, analytical and proactive teamwork skills, with a strong focus on goals and detail-oriented quality;Italian mother‑tongue;Fluent English (oral and written).We OfferInternational environment;Professional growth opportunities;Competitive remuneration package.Work Location: Rome with Remote Possibility.Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
