Product Manager - Young Professional ProgramNumero lavoro CGS12689 Nazione Italia Sede : Città BolognaAbout the CompanyAbout the RoleAre you ready to embark on an extraordinary journey that will shape your career?The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.We are looking for a Product Manager to be part of a dynamic team within the Marketing division (particularly the Product Management department) and have the chance to gain global exposure.Main responsibilities include :Mapping customer / market needs and defining the critical product functions needed to meet themTechnical benchmark analysis with machinery on the marketParticipating in the definition of the product line roadmapProduct offering activitiesCreating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholdersSupporting Sales in understanding product feasibility, the company’s market positioning, the added value generated for the customer, and related business plansCollaborating closely with the Assembly and Technical Departments to improve and develop machine featuresVisiting customers to support sales from a technical perspectiveWhat you need to be successfulMaster’s degree in EngineeringExposure to / minimum experience in the industrial field (one year of experience is highly appreciated)Good understanding of the English language, both written and oralStrong aptitude for creating and reinforcing interpersonal relationshipsEffective communication skills to easily build trust with colleagues and stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
