Content creator and graphic designer

LANG Beverages SA is on a mission to reduce single bottle use for water & beverages.About half a trillion bottles of water are consumed every year. This is not sustainable and we have an opportunity to change that.LANGWATER offers a viable alternative to plastic bottles, by transforming any tap water into pure, mineralised water and healthy drinks, at home.The solution consists of a water purification device used with mineral and flavour LANGPAKs.After 12 years of development, we are scaling the launch of our bottle-free drinks solution.We are looking for a talented Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Online Sales team and create engaging content that captures attention, communicates the LANGWATER solution clearly and elevates the brand identity.Key responsibilitiesYour mission is to creatively translate LANGWATER’s messages and stories into captivating, easy-to-understand, and persuasive content. You’ll work with the CEO and the Marketing/eCommerce team on the following tasks, which may evolve over time.Create engaging content, from raw materials to final appealing visuals used across channels, i.e website, social, e-commerce, advertising, retail etc.Do photo & video shoots in our Balerna studio, including lighting setup, composition, styling, sound, and post-productionProduce social media content for several weekly posts.Design all graphical content, pictures, images & infographicsProduce high-quality product 3D renderings and digital visualisations.Develop concepts and campaigns that support marketing objectives.Use AI tools to develop creative content at scaleImprove, maintain brand guidelines & ensure all our creatives are premium, consistentCollaborate with digital agencies, preparing focused content based on needsReformat and localise visuals for different channels and markets.Distribute or upload materials across platformsCreative mindset with ability to turn ideas into visuals telling powerful storiesProven experience in Content Creation, Production & Graphic Design in an international settingPortfolio of photography, video, social & web content showing creativity & technical skillsProficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, XD, Figma, etc.High technical skills in rendering 3D models and production.Solid understanding of premium brand identity, guidelines, design principles, typography,..Knowledge of automation and localisation, with ability to outsource effectively when needed.Tech-savvy and comfort using (AI) tools to support workflow and creation.Autonomous & growth mindset who likes to work independently with minimum guidance and develop, while managing multiple tasks efficientlyProactive, adaptable with hands‑on attitude, thriving in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.Interpersonal skills to manage internal requests and ideas and turn into visuals while keeping a consistent and recognisable brand identity.Affinity with digital i .e web assets, natural social media trend‑spotter, e-commerce best practicesFluent English, additional European languages a plus.We are offeringMeaningful work with a positive business purpose.A unique opportunity to shape a brand from the ground upA very dynamic workplace that encourages creativity and trials.An international workplace with small but passionate teamsAn evolving role that will grow alongside the company.Flexibility regarding working hours and work locationLocation: Remote (home office) or at our office in Balerna (Switzerland, 3km from Italian border in Chiasso) - Must be able come to the office when needed (approximately once a month for briefings, training or photoshoots).To applyIf you share our vision of creating a more sustainable world and are interested in this job, pls share:a CV in English, please specify citizenship and residencya concise Portfolio (graphic, photos, 3D render), any beverages visuals a plus ThanksGraphic Designer • Milan, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
