Key Responsibilities:Full site management from start-up to close-out.Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits (Phase I–III).Prepare and attend investigator meetings; manage clinical supplies and drug safety follow-up.Perform SDV, CRF review, regulatory document checks, and drug accountability.Report and follow up on adverse events and serious adverse events.Assess patient recruitment and retention. What We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years' proven CRA experience.Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel within Italy.
