Descrizione della posizione Hampton by Hilton Venezia Isola Nuova è alla ricerca di un Capo Manutenzione esperto per guidare il team tecnico e garantire l’efficienza degli impianti e delle strutture. Principali responsabilità Coordinare e supervisionare il team di manutenzione Collaborare nella manutenzione preventiva e correttiva di impianti elettrici, idraulici e antincendio Collaborare con fornitori esterni per interventi specializzati Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e igiene Pianificare e aggiornare i programmi di manutenzione Intervenire tempestivamente in caso di guasti o emergenze Monitorare i consumi energetici e proporre soluzioni di efficienza Requisiti Esperienza comprovata come Capo Manutenzione o ruolo simile, preferibilmente in hotel di grandi dimensioni Ottima conoscenza tecnica di impianti elettrici, idraulici e di climatizzazione Capacità di leadership e gestione del team Conoscenza di software di gestione manutenzione Disponibilità a reperibilità e orari flessibili Conoscenza della lingua inglese Offriamo Contratto a tempo pieno e retribuzione competitiva Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e professionale Opportunità di crescita e formazione continua Disponibilità Lavoro su turni Weekend Festivi Benefit Mensa aziendale Welfare Tariffe agevolate per l'alloggio e la ristorazione in brand internazionali Supporto professionaleLaptop e telefono aziendale Informativa Privacy Ai sensi del art. 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR), si informa che i dati personali forniti dai candidati saranno trattati esclusivamente per le finalità connesse al processo di selezione del personale.
