RAL 32 -38k Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€ esperienza 1 annoEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or, alternatively, a High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Project Management.

Planning Software Proficiency: Advanced technical knowledge and hands-on experience with industry-standard scheduling tools, specifically MS Project and Primavera P6. Project Scheduling Mastery: Deep understanding of advanced scheduling concepts, including critical path methodology, resource loading, and constraint management. Strategic Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly to both internal teams and external clients. Project Integration: Oversee the full implementation of projects and work packages, ensuring all constraints are integrated into the master schedule using MS Project or Primavera P6. Progress Monitoring: Responsible for tracking project milestones and generating accurate forecasting/projections to ensure timely delivery. Reporting & Transparency: Serve as the point of contact for data accuracy, providing stakeholders and customers with real-time reports and performance metrics.

Process Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies in planning methodologies and suggest procedural improvements to enhance operational flow. Stakeholder Communication: Manage cross-functional communication and data gathering to ensure alignment between the project team and business units. Agile Execution: Deliver high-impact results within short-to-medium-term cycles (1–3 months), contributing directly to the team's immediate success.
