This Position reports to : Product Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day you will execute technical support act as a specialist and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. The work model for the role is : #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Measurement & Analytics division in Sesto San Giovanni. You will be mainly accountable for : Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category. Tracking the above support cases via Saleforce Case Management will support the organization in determining recurring cases by creating knowledge that will be redistributed to the local technical community. Interfacing with factory service when more in-depth expertise is required or when systematic issues need to be addressed and for the management of technical aspects warranty related. Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers. Identifying new sales opportunities proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. Qualifications for the role You hold a technical Diploma or a bachelor degree Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. You are skilled in working with Salesforce Case Management Install Base Management Tool and the Oil and Gas Power Generation (WTE and Natural Gas) market. Ability to demonstrate your experience in Continuous Gas Analyzers products Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI Power Automate and Flow) You are passionate about problem solving and Customer support You are at ease communicating in Italian and english Locally you can count on : Competitive compensation : Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses.
