For more information on Hill, please visit our website at Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deck Construction Superintendent to join our team. ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of deck construction on major projects in the MENA and Europe regions Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of decks and other structures Develop and implement construction plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns Mentor and train junior staff members on construction techniques and best practices QualificationsBachelor Degree from an accredited university Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
