The Dairy - Technical Sales Lead - West based at Kolhapur will be aligned to Cargill's Feed Nutrition business in India. In this role you will assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. In this role, you will assist to ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.Key AccountabilitiesAssist more commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.Manage product demonstrations and trials of products and ensured work according to required specifications.Work with key decision makers for new product development process and analyze their needs for proper product positioning.Assist with commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments led by more senior team members.Data analysis and interpretation of data at individual farm. village and district level.Identify and gather information on customer requirement and recommend appropriate service and product.Support sales efforts to understand and solve basic customer issues following established process.Support cross functional teams including strategic marketing technology to develop and proof new products.Technical training to the commercial team.Assist sales support team by providing necessary technical support information for preparing quotes.Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsMaster's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.Preferred QualificationsYears of experience : 0 - 2 years.Should have experience in the dairy feed sector and specifically farm management.Aware of new technologies in the dairy sector.Experience and ability to guide farmers on good cattle breeding & feeding practices.Open to travelling atleast 18 days every month.DisclaimerProtect yourself against recruitment fraud.
