Overview Vestas Technology & Operations seeks a Transport Supervisor to supervise blade handling activities, semi-finished products and waste management in onshore and offshore contexts. The role supports our MED sales business unit by ensuring timely availability and delivery of spares, components and tools while maintaining safety, quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Supervise handling activities and waste management. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Participate in projects related to area of expertise. Serve as a point of reference for the factory and other Vestas entities. Use management systems (SAP) and other digital tools. Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in processes. Organize and attend meetings with internal and external personnel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in transport or logistics roles. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Experienced leadership and people management skills. Solid background in waste management and relevant regulations. Ability to perform in complex, high-pressure environments. Effective teamwork, collaborative mindset and problem solving. Strong communication, decision making and organizational skills. Practical knowledge of IT systems (MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD). Proactive, results-oriented attitude.
