Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1,000 clients from all sectors worldwide. Your Missions Develop and implement server-side solutions using Java, Python, or Node.js tailored to client needs. Build and optimize scalable web applications with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, Spring, or Express.js. Integrate and manage relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch). Configure and maintain web servers (Nginx, Apache, Traefik) for application deployment. Integrate message distribution systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) to ensure efficient service communication. Automate data pipelines and processes using workflow management tools like NiFi or Airflow. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and effective API integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise and training to client teams. Your Profile 1-2 year of experience in back-end development with Java, Python, or Node.js. Hands-on experience with web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Spring, Express.js). Proficient in managing databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch). Familiarity with web servers (Nginx, Apache, Traefik) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience with workflow/data integration tools (NiFi, Airflow) and implementing security/authentication mechanisms. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Italian – Mother Tongue; fluent English required; other languages are a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
