Overview The Role:A leading multinational company in the industrial sector is looking for an Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow its presence in the North-West Africa & Turkey region.This role is meant to amplify the effectiveness of the Salesmen job and SoW (Share of Wallet) when calling on customers within the specific markets in the region within a model of indirect business. By focusing on customer needs and main business drivers, the Area Manager will help deliver tailored value propositions and expand the product portfolio in the region.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate sales activity within the assigned region through a distributor-based, indirect sales model.Manage and support a regional sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market needs.Achieve assigned targets on the back of AOP.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and provide regular reporting to senior management.Collaborate in defining the market strategy within a matrix organization, involving multiple internal stakeholders.Drive strategic
