The Role We’re looking for a German-qualified lawyer to join our Legal Team, supporting Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As part of Kyndryl’s Legal Department, you’ll advise on high-volume IT transactions, support various projects in a dynamic tech environment and help solve various legal issues, working closely with colleagues across Europe and the U.S. in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy international team that values excellence and team spirit. Required Skills and Experience Fully qualified German lawyer with above‑average degrees. A Ph.D. and / or an LL.M. are welcome, but not an entry requirement. Professional experience of at least two years, preferably from working in a major law firm or at the legal department of an international company. Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and solid business acumen. Full professional proficiency in German and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). Experience in the field of IT law is very useful, but not a prerequisite. We welcome specialists in all areas, e.g. corporate law, labor law, anti‑trust law, public procurement law, data protection law. Experience handling complex transactions (including outside of IT) and working as part of international teams would be considered an advantage. The role is available to candidates throughout the European Union and does not require physical presence in Germany.
