Who we are looking forThis is what you will doReporting directly to the Head of Respiratory Manufacturing, they will be responsible for coordinating a small work group.You will be responsible forAs an expert in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification is a must), they will be the cross-functional point of contact for the manufacturing optimization across the various production departments.Interfaces independently with the various company stakeholders involved in the manufacturing optimization : engineering, maintenance, operational excellence representatives, department heads, etc.They will be responsible for overseeing the definition and subsequent development of cross departmental projects for the manufacturing departments (for example : new electronic batch record, implementation of software for \"time out of fridge\" traceability, SAP gap remediation).Supports the monitoring of productivity KPIs for the various departments.You will need to haveGreen Belt certification.Knowledge of production processes and participation in / coordination of efficiency improvement teams.Knowledge of company ERPs.Experience in complex manufacturing environment.Coordination of small work groups.We would prefer for you to haveExperience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.LocationParma, ItalyWhat we offerYou would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.In Chiesi we firmly believe that our people are our most valuable asset , that is why we invest in continuous training, learning and development.
