To strengthen our team in the IT & Digital department at our office in Milan, we are looking for a committed and motivated person to join the Wolford team as soon as possible as IT ERP Finance & HR Specialist (f/m/d) Your Tasks: Coordinate with the current legacy platform Matter Experts to migrate to SAP Support the business in the Finance and HR processes Provide 2nd level support for SAP technical issues Identify gaps and document the working procedures Preparing training session for the business stakeholders involved in the ERP and HR tools Understanding strategic business drivers and gather the requirements for the IT Business Application Road Map execution/planning Your Profile: You have a university degree in computer engineering, business administration or relevant experience in a similar technology-oriented position You have previous knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP in the Finance part Previous experience in migration projects to SAP would be a big plus You have knowledge of International/Cross border Finance topics, preferable with Fashion related experiences Knowledge of HR processes and/or previous experience in HR platform implementation is an advantage Knowledge of ITIL and Agile approach to support and project managing requirements engineering would also be an advantage Very good knowledge of English written and spoken.
